{"id":6067,"date":"2017-08-16T00:05:57","date_gmt":"2017-08-16T00:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.temc.org.au\/?page_id=6067"},"modified":"2017-08-18T07:12:09","modified_gmt":"2017-08-18T07:12:09","slug":"presenter-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/2017.temc.org.au\/speakers\/presenter-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Presenter Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As the event draws near, we understand you will be planning\/finalising your presentation.<\/p>\n<p>To enable you to be prepared we advise that each room will be equipped with the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data projector<\/li>\n<li>Screen<\/li>\n<li>Microphone<\/li>\n<li>Lectern<\/li>\n<li>Laser pointer<\/li>\n<li>Laptop<\/li>\n<li>Wi-Fi access (throughout the conference venue)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you require anything additional to the above, please email your request to <a href=\"mailto:bree@laevents.com.au\">bree@laevents.com.au<\/a>\u00a0and we will endeavour to meet your requests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Things to note:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentation slides should be in widescreen format (16:9).<\/li>\n<li>You may use PPT or Prezi to prepare your presentation. \u00a0If you would like a template for your PPT Slides you may download the same\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/2017.temc.org.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/TEMC-2017-PPT-Template_new.pptx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HERE<\/a>\u00a0for your use.<\/li>\n<li>You will need to bring your presentation with you on USB and load this to the speaker&#8217;s preparation room at least <strong>2-3<\/strong> hours prior to your scheduled presentation. Please <em><strong>do not send<\/strong><\/em> this to Leishman Associates prior to the Conference.<\/li>\n<li>If you have audio and\/or video in your presentation, please ensure you have the files saved separately as embedding the media does not always include them in the PowerPoint file.<br \/>\nThis will allow the Technical Team to re-embed and\/or change the format of the video onsite if needed.<\/li>\n<li>If you are using custom fonts not found in the standard system fonts, please use the \u201cEmbed fonts in file\u201d feature found in Save As\/tools\/save options. This will ensure that your fonts travel with the PowerPoint file when saved.<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure contents of your presentation including photos, data, graphs etc. are generated by yourself,\u00a0referenced or the appropriate owner has granted you permission to include their work for educational purposes.<\/li>\n<li>You will be asked to sign a speaker release form allowing TEMC to make your presentation available on the TEMC Website in PDF Format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As the event draws near, we understand you will be planning\/finalising your presentation.
